Contacting the team
Choose a team member on our contact page to address an inquiry directly to that person. Named team-member email and telephone links also contact that individual directly. When you contact us, the information you choose to provide is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the real estate services you requested.
Selecting an email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you send it there.
Website features
This website provides team information and a searchable new-home project catalogue. Project searches are sent to this website to display matching results. The contact page prepares an email in your email application; it does not submit or store the message on this website. Member accounts are available separately from public property search; saved homes are not offered. The Member Terms and Account Privacy Notice describe the information collected, verification, cookies, selected team member, account activity, service providers, PropTx audit disclosures and retention. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Optional Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you and shares your name, email address and a unique Google account identifier. We use and store that identity link to create or connect your member account and secure access. Pages showing the Google button load Google’s sign-in service, which receives technical request information under Google’s privacy policy. We request basic identity information only, without Gmail access, and do not send MLS listing information through sign-in.
Your chosen team member, member terms, confirmation emails and account safeguards still apply. Google identity and consent records are retained for at least 180 days after the relevant 90-day authorization expires. Our host and email provider process the account records described in the Account Privacy Notice. To request access, correction, account closure or help disconnecting Google, contact your selected team member. Email and password remain available as an alternative.
Property-search security
Our property search retrieves current public IDX information through PropTx. To prevent misuse and meet feed security requirements, we keep an activity audit containing the time, request type, outcome and protected hashes of the network address and request. The application does not store raw search terms or listing data in this audit. Audit records are removed after 90 days as requests are processed. Technical hosting logs may also contain request details under the hosting provider’s retention practices.
Hosting and external services
The hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address and request details to operate and secure the website. The marketing pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. New-home pages display approved builder imagery from Offplan Canada; your browser makes requests to that service when displaying those images. These services process requests under their own privacy policies.
Links to source publications and other websites take you to external services. Their privacy practices and account requirements apply when you use them.
