School-specific context
Bayview Glen Public School is a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 school on Limcombe Drive in the Markham portion of Thornhill. It is the YRDSB public school, not the similarly named independent school in Toronto. Families should plan for the transition after Grade 6 as well as checking the elementary boundary.
After Grade 6
The school’s current About Us page identifies German Mills Public School for Grades 7 and 8. Confirm the pathway and address-specific assignment with YRDSB before relying on it.
BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A HOME
Check the address.
Confirm the program.
A nearby home or a shared municipality does not guarantee a place. Ask the board about attendance boundaries and the school about any separate entry requirements.
Considering a home in Markham?
Explore the municipality once you have checked the school’s entry rules. These searches do not establish distance, school boundaries, transportation or admission.
