The 2025 Fraser Institute Ontario reports use 2023/2024 academic results. The elementary edition was released in January 2026 and the secondary edition in November 2025. These are historical indicators, not current-year test scores or a complete measure of school quality.
This category compares 18 rated catholic secondary records in York Region. English- and French-language schools are included. A school without a published score is not treated as lower performing. Regional and GTA positions are calculated from the published scores, rather than separate Fraser rankings.
